ALLEGATIONS:
- Forced Dispatch: Drivers are reportedly threatened with wage deductions if they refuse to drive while fatigued or over legal hours.
- ELD Tampering: Reports of “Ghost Co-Drivers” being logged to extend drive time artificially.
- Safety Bypass: Instructions to avoid weigh stations to conceal equipment violations (bad brakes/tires).
